    • Monthly Plans:
      • Real World Lite: $299 USD/month
      • Real World Plus: $599 USD/month
      • Real World Unlimited: $1200 USD/month
      • Bootcamp: $1200 USD /month


  • Are weekly plans available?
    • Yes! Options include:
      • Real World Lite: $99 USD/week
      • RealWorldPlus: $199 USD/week 
      • Real World Unlimited: $399 USD/week
        • Group conversation classes are not included by default in weekly plans; they can be added for $49 USD/week or $159 USD/month.

Group classes and Masterclasses

  • Do you offer group classes? Yes, we now offer high-quality in-person group conversation classes and weekly Masterclasses.

    🗓️ Group Conversation Classes

    • Schedule: 10:30–11:30 AM and 2:30–3:30 PM

    • Limit: 1 group class per day

    • Included in all monthly plans

    • Weekly plan students can add them for $49/week

    💡 Masterclasses (90 minutes)

    • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays

    • Deep dive into challenging grammar and real-life usage

    • Access by plan:

      • Lite: 1 Masterclass/week

      • Plus & Unlimited: 2 Masterclasses/week

Enrollment & First Class

  • I’m ready to start. How do I book my free class? 
    • Just message us on WhatsApp with your planned arrival, and we’ll schedule your free 1-on-1 trial.

Scheduling & Flexibility

  •  Can I reschedule classes?
    • Yes, but only for Real World Plus students, up to 2 hours per week.

  • Can I start any day? 
    • Yes, we offer rolling start dates. Begin when you’re ready.


  • Can I choose my own schedule? 
    • Absolutely, classes are flexible based on teacher availability.

Refund Policy

  • Are refunds available?
    • Yes, in some cases. For more information, read our refund policy:

      At Baselang Medellín, we want you to feel confident when enrolling in one of our programs or purchasing from our store. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.
       
      Program Cancellations & Refunds
      If you cancel more than one week before your program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 USD administrative fee ($200 USD for Bootcamp).
      If you cancel less than one week before your program start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
      Once your program has started, no refunds will be issued.
      All refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been approved.

      How to Request a Program Cancellation
      To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order confirmation and program start date. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please reach out to us at the same address.

      Physical Products
      We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
      To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and Issues
      Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

      Exceptions
      We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      Exchanges
      The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
      If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refunds
      We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at [email protected].

Current BaseLang Students

  • Can online students study in Medellín?
    • Yes! Switch to in-person seamlessly, and our teachers will access your online progress.

Accommodations & Stay

  • Do you help with accommodations?

    • No, we don’t handle housing. However, our location in Laureles gives you access to a wide variety of Airbnbs, hotels, and hostels. If you're unsure about the location of your accommodation, send us a message, and we’ll check it for you.
